Finally getting my voice back...

I've been putting off recording (and even rehearsing) A More Sensual Kegel Exercise  because my health problems had knocked out my voice. But I think my voice is finally getting back to normal. So I'm rehearsing today.

"O" Award went to Papaya Toys

Well, I didn't win the "O" Award. The award went to Papaya Toys for their reversible battery pack. I'm disappointed but not really surprised. I knew that people who attended the AVN Expo would have a better chance of winning.

Congratulations Pam.

Finally finished writing Reorientation

It's good news, bad news day.

The good news is I finally finished writing the script for Reoriention. I've been working on this erotic hypnosis script on- and off for a year. And I think it was one of the hardest for me to write.

The goal of the script is to help bicurious women become more comfortable with their desires for other women and willing to experiment. Two things in particular made this script difficult 1) the initial induction is based on hypnotic mirroring. Although it's easy for me to explain what this is, it was difficult to describe the way it feels during the action of the story. 2) Not putting myself into the script. With heterosexual scripts, the listener experiences sex with the narrator. But with this one. Since I'm male and the listener will be experiencing sex with another woman, I had to change my writing style.

But I think it worked out nicely. After I rehearse a few times and refine the script, I'm going to be looking for a test subject.

(still haven't finalized the title: Reorienting? Reorientation?)

The bad news 1) I caught a cold last week and my throat is somewhat sore. 2) my laptop's fan is making an awful racket and I may have to  repair or replace it before I can record.

Downloading to an Android phone

Every once in a while someone will tell me they can't download a file and ask if I'll email it to them. The answer, unfortunately, is no. My host won't allow email attachments larger than 20 MB. And all my mp3 files are over 25 MB.

Today the person asking said she couldn't download to her Android phone. So I took a quick look around the Android forums and found the following:

I dont think you can save the mp3 directly with the default browser. You can save the link...
But you can save the mp3 to your sd card by using App "Steel" browser ..
Once you have the page loaded ... then long-press on the "play" and select "save" ... this will allow you to save it.
And this...
there's an app called "Download Crutch" that lets you download things that you normally might not be able to download. I would install that app, and then long press on the link, see if you get the option to "Save target as" or "download" or "save link as".
I don't have an Android (I don't even have a cell phone), so I personally can't test these solutions. But I expect they'll work.

Of course, next thing you know someone who downloaded a file to their phone will tell me the phone crashed and they didn't have a backup, could they please have a replacement download.
